I cooked corned meat and it was very watery? Does that mean I cooked it to long? - cooking corned silverside

Last night I had cooked canned meat 2 kg (Silver) for about 3 hours, but was very watery. Does this mean that I had time to prepare?

After cooking, bake for 20 minutes "dry" a little. I think 3 hours is too long, but I do not remember the exact time. Always read the instructions.
