Antihistamine Nasal Spray Can I Mix Nasal Sprays? Which Nasal Spray Should I Use? How Much Each Time?

Can I mix nasal sprays? Which nasal spray should I use? How much each time? - antihistamine nasal spray

Nasal spray should I use? How long?
I have a ridiculously intense cold which prevented me from sleeping and studying. The main problem is my nose. First, antihistamines have side effects for me (dreams of fear, confusion) more nasal blockage, and therefore seems to be my only option as a nasal spray. I have two nasal sprays: oxymetazoline hydrochloride .05%, which was incorporated, that 2.3 sprays twice a day, and ephedrine hydrochloride, which is about 20 mg of ephedrine with 3 drops of function of the box, and can take 3-4 times daily. Can these two drugs? No one seems to take too long, and he was actually Oxymetazoline if I needed to be closer to 5 times per day, as the phrase "12 hours lasts" less than 5 hours for me. I have to choose from an overdose of one of the fear of them, so I? Take one for the day, one night? It would be nice to oxymetazoline or use ephedrine for more than the recommended dose, no sleep is very harmful to my health?

BTW I havand very low blood pressure 80/50, if it makes a difference in my tolerance of nasal sprays.
